How long will my order take to deliver?

Please allow1-3 business days for your order to be locally delivered.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. 

 

How do I check my Tracking Number?

Once your order has left our store, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated date of arrival.

 

When will I know my pickup order is ready?

You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email from Eighteen Threads once your order has been packed.

 

How long can we hold a pickup order in-store?

We hold pickup orders for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. After the 30 days, your order will be canceled and returned to stock.

How do I use my Season Ticket Member Discount on Merchandise?

If you have not received your discount code and instructions on how to use it, please reach out to your season ticket representative. 

 

How do I access the private collection as a season ticket holder?

To access the private collection as a season ticket holder, please sign into our online store with the email associated with your ticket membership. There is a drop-down menu to view the various apparel and pages we have for shopping. The private collection will be featured here as well when you sign in.

 

If a product is available online, can I purchase it at Eighteen Threads?

Yes, the Eighteen Threads website reflects our physical store located in the Mission Valley Mall.

 

Can I purchase a customized jersey online?

At this time, we only offer jersey customization in-store at Eighteen Threads, and at Snapdragon Stadium on matchdays.

 

Can I switch from pick up in store to local delivery?

If you would like to switch the delivery method from pick up in-store to local delivery, please reach out to our customer service line to assist you with this.  

Gift Cards, Returns, & Exchanges

Can I return my item bought at the stadium to Eighteen Threads?

If you purchased an item at the stadium, you can return or exchange the item at our Eighteen Threads store located inside the Mission Valley Mall. Refer to our exchange/return policy to make sure your item is still eligible.

 

Can I return a jersey that has a personalized customization on it?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any exchanges or returns for jerseys that have personalized customizations on them. All customized jerseys are final sale.

 

Do we sell physical gift cards?

No, we do not sell physical gift cards. Our gift cards are in a digital format for easy recovery. 

 

Can I purchase a gift card that can be used to purchase tickets to a game?

No, our gift cards can only be used at SDFC retail stores. These stores include our flagship store, Eighteen Threads, located inside Mission Valley Mall, as well as the stores that are open during game days at the Stadium.

 

How do I send a digital gift card? 

To send a digital gift card, first purchase one online or in our Mission Valley store. A digital gift card can be sent to anyone via email or messaging. The digital gift card features a code that is used in store, this way you can share a gift card or send as a gift to others. 

 

Why do Antigua products take longer to receive? 

We do not regularly stock Antigua Apparel in our team store because of the large variety of styles. Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for Antigua to ship their items to our Eighteen Threads store. From there, please allow 3-5 business days for the order to be locally delivered.
