Refund policy

At Eighteen Threads, the total satisfaction of our fans is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to help with an exchange or a return. 

Below we share the information that you should know and take into account before requesting an exchange or return:

1. Any exchange or return request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. The labels must still be attached and the product must be "like new" without signs of use. Our staff reserves the right to make the determination of product conditions. 
3. It will only be possible to make 1 exchange per transaction.
4. Sale Items and Limited Edition Inaugural Season Jersey are Final Sale. No exchanges for returns accepted.
5. Order # is the best way to look up your transaction. This is on your receipt.
